BIG AIR SPINNING COASTER
Big Air is a Mixed Spinning Coaster, an evolved model from the original Spinning Coaster. “We wanted to increase the thrill of the ride by adding 1 or 2 very special cars at the front of the spinning cars,” explains Michele Frison. “A sort of circular cage with 2 seats placed one in front of the other that completes loops in which the 2 riders are turned upside down, rather than turning on its vertical axis like the others. The thrust for the first loop is given by a motor and is applied at one single point along the track, yet thanks to the inertia, the car completes multiple loops of varying intensity. The new feature is much appreciated by all riders and operators, who are impressed by its originality. This proves that to be a memorable experience, a roller coaster does not necessarily have to always focus on extreme elements or records”. All our Spinning Coasters have a self-supporting base and do not require foundations.
